Medicaid Alternative Pathways to Independence (MAPs) enables people supported to accomplish personal goals.
On May 15th, we celebrated a milestone…3 years in the making.
Tyler, Austin, and Brooke are the first graduates from the MAPS (Medicaid Alternative Pathways to Independence) program at Easterseals Tennessee. Through hard work, determination, and perseverance, each achieved six milestones designed to support their transition into independent living.
At Easterseals Tennessee, we are proud to provide programs that empower individuals to grow, thrive, and reach their goals. We are excited to see all that these enthusiastic young adults will accomplish in the future.
We congratulate the graduates and celebrate what’s possible when support, dedication, and opportunity come together.
