As a provider of the State of Tennessee-ECF CHOICES program, Easterseals TN has a greater opportunity to support people living with special needs to acquire job placement. 

In addition, ESTN helps each person find a job that is a good fit for them. Easterseals TN provides job coaches to guide and teach "on-the-job training" so participants can learn their job duties and responsibilities. Additionally, people are given the opportunity to earn living wages which include employment benefits.
